Legal Question in Family Law in California
I filed for divorce in December and served him the Summons in January, he keeps saying he'll turn the Response in but he's taking forever and I really believe he's just to lazy to go and do it, is there any thing I can do to get him to turn the Response in or speed along the divorce process??

Yes, you can take his default if it has been more than 30 days since you had him served with the petition and accompanying papers. That will certainly get his attention.
