Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have filed for divorce on Jan. 7th am in still in the preliminary stages. My ex-husband and I have 3 children together. He has been harrassing me to the point of no end. 211 phone calls in one day. How difficult is it to get an order to move out of the county for my piece of mind. His brother and sister live around hers. My support system (mother and sisters) are four hours away?

Moving isn't going to stop phone calls. You need a domestic violence prevention restraining order. That is much quicker and easier to get than a custody order that you move four hours away with the kids. Not that you couldn't get the move-away order, but it takes much longer and would be harder. The TRO can be had in a couple of days.
