Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have filed for divorce 7 months ago in Calif. my spouse refuses to move out, the house belongs to my Dad. What can I do to get her out?

If I remarry does my new wifes income make it so she can come back and ask for more alimony?

Two options. 1. you can file a motion requesting and order giving your exclusive use of the family home. 2. You father as the owner of the house can give her the required notice to vacate the house.
