Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed for divorce from my wife in November 2015, and moved out. I received my annual bonus this January 2016. The bonus is not directly tied to any sales quota or performance metrics and is taxable as 2016 income, but opposing attorney is claiming that this bonus is community property because it was calculated and earned in 2015. Would the court be inclined to give my wife half of it?

Much more information is needed and quite possibly the expertise of a forensic CPA to assist on developing your argument that this bonus was earned a post separation.
