There are never things like percentages in family law. Nobody can predict what a judge would award. However with that being said, if you filed an ex parte motion and the judge essentially referred you to mediation, that leads me to believe the judge was not convinced that a serious harm had occurred. Typically they would take larger emergency measures if they feel a harm is going to happen to a child.
