Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed a fl300 form for custody visitation a few months ago and than I filed an amended fl300. My court date is just a few days away, but like a knucklehead, I forgot to file fl341d that had additional provisions and more detail. It is too close to the court date for my custody visitation hearing to file fl341d with the clerk and notify opposing party. What can I do? I do not want a postponement. Is there a way I can present this to the judge in court? The other parent has an attorney, but not me, so can I present it to the attorney first and than the judge? It is important to get this in. Thank you

You make no sense. If you have a few days, then why don't you have time to file and serve it? Sure, it will be late, but the court is WAY more likely to consider it if you file and serve it on the attorney tomorrow than if you wait until the hearing. It would have to be EXTREMELY extraordinary circumstances for a court to consider papers filed and served the day of the hearing. "I'm a knucklehead" does not qualify. The sooner you file and serve, the more likely the judge will overrule an objection to late papers.
