Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed and was granted a 5 year domestic violence permanent restraining order against my ex boyfriend. He violated the PRO by emailing a friend of mine and trying to communicate with me indirectly. The PRO states that he CANNOT try to communicate with me either directly or indirectly. When I went the sheriffs dept they told me the PRO wasn't showing up in the CLETS system. I filed all the paperwork with the court clerk and turned in the serving papers to the judge. What happened? What is my next step to make sure my PRO is in CLETS?
