Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have filed an OSC in CA for child support reduction. My ex has hired an attorney who has sent me deposition papers. On top of the normal income and my asset info he has requested my current wifes seperate asset info which I do not have access to. Do they have the legal right to see her seperate account info or are they just trying to harass us?

They most definitely have a right to her income info. Asset info, maybe. They would have to make a showing of some relevance to the pending motion. Her income is automatically relevant because it goes into the Dissomaster calculation.
