How long do you have to appeal a decision made in juvenile court in a dependency case?

Re: filing an appeal

The general rule, in superior court, is that you have 60 days from the date of entry of the order or judgment in which to file an appeal. It is my recollection that is the time period for appealing a juvenile court order. In Santa Clara county the court officer for your case normally notifies you of the time to file an appeal, when the time begins to run.
