That means that you filing was cancelled as if it were never filed. It could because the fee was not paid or the check bounced. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

It means either the filing fees were never paid, or the check bounced and was not corrected. It cancels the filing of the petition for dissolution, and has the same legal effect as if no petition was ever filed.
