Legal Question in Family Law in California
Someone is filing a child support against me and I have a scheduled court hearing on the 21'st of this month. Paternity hasn't been establish yet. My question is do I need an attorney now for my hearing and for the paperworks that needs to fill out or should I wait after the hearing?

You always would benefit from the assistance of an experienced family law attorney. There may be extenuating circumstances in the case where the court may hold off on the support until such time paternity is established.
