Legal Question in Family Law in California

Filing False Income and Expense Declarations

How can I get to court to listen to me and prove that my ex-wife has submitted false figures and has lied on her income and expensives. Also has made false charges that I abducted our son, in her declaration

The other attorney is right--what kind of evidence do you have that her declaration is incorrect? A copy of her tax returns? Her pay stub? As for the abduction, that's a little tougher. That's also potentially a criminal charge, so you probably ought to seek the advice of a local lawyer who could represent you. Good luck!
