You should contact an attorney that will give you a free consultation or through a bar association referal program. You should be able to get an order for your husband to pay for your attorney fees, and other costs involved in proceeding with a divorce. After a lengthy marriage he will have pay spousal support until such time as you are able to support yourself in a reasonable manner, based on the standard of living during the marriage.
