Legal Question in Family Law in California

Filing Papers

I have been served with a ''demand for production of documents and inspection of records.'' I have served and filed the appropriate response with the appropriate objections. When I produce and serve the discovery documents, my questions is: do I need to file the discovery documents with the Court, or do I just file the ''proof of service'' of the discovery documents?

Thank you

Re: Filing Papers

You need to file neither. Keep them for your records in the event that there is a problem in the future. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
