Legal Question in Family Law in California

filing requirements

how can i,as a person from outof state representing myself, file my declaration in superior ct. i have written my declaration, but how do i actually go about filing it? are there any agencies or paralegals that do this? i am in san mateo county.

If you do not know how to do this you probably should not be representing yourself. You can hire a paralegal to do filing for you but you often get what you pay for. . . not much. It can be a bit like hiring a doctor's nurse to do the operation. . . maybe o.k. for something very minor.
