You should have a file of your own containing conformed copies of all the documents that you have filed with the court. I put my in chronological order in the same format as a court file, so that I can find a document that was filed in case the court one is missing. I also tab mine with an index for swift reference.
You also need to have any documents that support your request for nullification. For example, if you are claiming that your marriage was void on the grounds of bigamy, you would want copies of the relevant marriage certificates, and if a divorce was filed by not completed, copies of that court file.
