Legal Question in Family Law in California

help with filling out papars for divorce

I have the package for dissolution of marriage but I think they are way too complicated. Who could help me fill them out? And if there is someone who would it be and probably how much would cost me? Maybe I am so dumb, but I want the papers to be filled out in a proper and clear way establishing my points. I dont think I can do it myself, they probably would go all wrong and that is why I want to make sure that everything is perfect. Thanks in advance!!

Sorry, I forgot. I divorce in California, is too long?

A paralegal could help you cheaply, but they can't advise you on the law. They can only fill in the information that you give them. If the issues relating to division of property and to children are minimal, then you might consider a paralegal service. If the issues are complicated, or if you need legal advise, then you should retain an attorney.
