if i got my final devorce last november and i decided not to keep my exhusbands last name how long do i have to change it?

If a name change was part of the divorce judgment and order it already is changed. You should be updating your various accounts, documentation, paperwork, etc. If it was not part of the judgment you will probably have to file a petition to change your name. This petition would not be part of the divorce proceeding.
