Legal Question in Family Law in California

Final Divorce Decree Not Signed By Respondent

My former husband did not sign our final divorce decree, rather his attorney signed my husband's name for him, but did not indicate it was through a power of attorney, nor did he first sign his own name and then my husband's name, and indicate "for so-and-so," rather he signed what looked like a bad "forged" signature for his client. Is the divorce legal or not? We have both remarried (also in California) and this has recently come to my attention. Sincere thanks.
