Final Divorce Degree

What is the process called when 6 months have passed and you have not finalized the property issues in a divorce but you request the divorce be final. If you obtain the final divorce can the wife still get a QUADRO for the husbands pension?

Bifurcation. You ask the court to separate the issues, allowing termination of the marital status separately and before the property division. Even if you later get a judgment dividing property, unless it specifically awards the pension, it could be the subject of further court actions years later.
