final judgement, divorce
I want to find out if my divorce is final. The final judgement hasn't gone through but after a certain period of time is it a default marraige? It has been over 3 years since I filed. Your help will greatly be appreciated!

You will have to check the court file to see if there is a final judgment in the file that disolves the marriage. This does not occur by the passage of time. You or the other party must take the necessary steps to get the judgment entered into.
