Legal Question in Family Law in California

Final Judgement

My wife filed for divorce in 2001 she filed default on me even though we have a signed agreement. Her attorney keeps getting a continuation and it is very annoying. How can I get a final judgement?

Re: Final Judgement

IF YOUR WIFE'S ATTORNEY WILL NOT FILE THE AGREEMENT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A RESPONSE IN THE ACTION AND THEN YOU CAN SET THE MATTER FOR TRIAL AND AT THE TRIAL HAVE THE AGREEMENT ENTERED. GOOD LUCK, PAT MCCRARY
