Legal Question in Family Law in California

I got a final judgment in his favor, in San Bernardino County, CA Child Support Service, Court , the mother did not appear all 3 times than 5 hours later on the last court date the mother went to court to try to reverse it. She never has custody of the children and was collecting aid anyway from the state. Can she get this final judgment reversed?
