How do I finalize a divorce?
I filed for divorce a couple of years ago but it was not finalized because we did not list our assets. We want to go forward with the divorce and worry about division of property later. I know people have done this. How is it possible to move forward?

in general, you can have an entry declaring your legal dissolution status, but with stipulations addressing property division shortly thereafter. if you would like further assistance or direction, contact us today.
