finalizing my divorce

I've filed an original summons over a year ago and been through all the red tape to recieve full custody legal and physical of my 4 yr old child. I now want my name back and need to know what paper work to file to complete the dissolution and how long it will take? Can I have him served by public notice since there's no contact at all? wehat do i need to do help?
