finances

Is it legal for my husband to withhold monies from me, pay bills in my name late or not at all to ruin my credit. and if i obtain the account information is it illeagel for me to pay those bill on our business account.

I have never seen nor heard of any law controlling how spouses deal with their financial matters. As for the business account the answer would depend upon who owns the business. If only you and your husband own the business, then taking the money would not be a crime. You should consider meeting with a marriage counselor to help with these issues.
