Legal Question in Family Law in California

For financial reasons, I had to move out of county, 125 miles away. The original court order specified mother is required to drop off, father return. Since moving, mother refuses to do anything, forcing me to drive there and back twice, once to pick up and then return.

Do the courts enforce 50/50? This is in California.

During the marriage Mother told me it was 50/50 so i paid 1/2 for her son's from a previous marriage out of state travel.
