Legal Question in Family Law in California

Where can I find a good Lawyer

My spouse of 15 years for whom I am now legally seperated from has stolen ,broken or ruin several of my personal items such as jewerly, cloths and furnture. My kids ages 15, 14, 11 and 10 have witnessed many of these events---they have phycially seen the items that Ive been missing in the trunk of his car and literally watched him destroy many of my personal items. He also took all of the money from a life insurance policy (for which I have a copy of for 4,600) and Ive never received a penny of our tax return money for the past 5 years. He also took a personal loan out using my Vans pink slip(without my knowledge or consent) and a few month later when the Van was totalled I ended up having to pay 4,000 dollars of his loan and he stole the remaining 2,000 that came in the mail)He has a manslaughter case in Idaho where he is guilty but flead on his sentencing date. Can I be helped? where can I find an experienced but affortable family law lawyer?I was hoping mabe someone would take the case and be paid later-as i wiould be also going for him having to pay my lawyer fees. We have 4 kids together and I have full custody of all of them but I havnt received a dime from him in 5 yeARS!!

If he is fleeing from a manslaughter conviction in Idaho, it is only a matter of time until he is arrested and put in prison. Just call the police and report his location. They will arrest him and hold him for the Idaho authorities. By the time he is released from prison you should be able to get set up some place. In regard to the IRS refunds contact the IRS and report that he forged your name on the refund checks. If he has any money they will grab it and hold it.

Based on your description of his conduct you should seriously consider obtaining a restraining order to keep him away from the children.
