Help I need to find a Pro Bono Lawyer For my sister!

My sister is going through a child custody case. She is a single mother of four with very low income. She needs to find a Pro Bono lawyer who would be willing to take on this case. This is a complicated case because there is aligations from her son that the father is molesting him. Can you please help?

If your sister cannot afford private counsel in this matter, her best bet would be to contact the california state bar association for pro bono referrals. This may not be the most efficient or effective route, but under your sister's financial circumstances, it may be one of the best routes to remedy the unfortunate situation. You did not state the age of the son. If he goes to school or day care and reports the molest the teacher or day care provider must report this to CPS. Although I normally do not recommend getting CPS involved she must act quickly to avoid the possibility of being accused of not protecting her son.
