Legal Question in Family Law in California

I need to find what my rights are re: divorce my husband owned the house before we was married.. We've been together for 23years and married for 19..he constantly telling me it's his house, I can't do anything to the house, no picture, no moving furniture, no etc..

You may own a community property interest in the house. If income which was earned during the marriage was used to pay the mortgage or make improvements to the house, you would be entitled to 1/2 of the community interest. You should consult with a family law attorney so that you can have a better understanding of what your interests in the property are.
