RE: finnish my divorce

Do you know how to find the steps to finnish a divorce in the LAW LIBRARY... I wouldn't know where to start

I want to finnish the divorce but I am the resapondant NOT the Petitioner..... what do I do??

Ask the librarian to point you in the direction of a set of books called "Rutters". Ask for the Family Law guide. Then, look for the section on judgments. It will discuss what needs to be done in order to obtain a judgment. It will even tell you what documents you need to fill out and file.
