Legal Question in Family Law in California

Do you need to take the FL-341 to the courts with both parents present when it's signed. to get it approved. We both agree that the child will be in the best interest with the father. We are both unemployed so we need to do it without it being notarized. or can we have it notarized by the court because we don't have the money to pay to be notarized?

It does not need to be notarized. If you stipulate to the a visitation schedule MOST likely the court will adopt it.
