Legal Question in Family Law in California

The FL-180 for my divorce was filed in July 2014 and our waiting period has passed without word of our judgment. I need to be divorced by the end of Jan 2015 for personal reasons. Can a FL-347 Bifurcation of Status be filed this late in the process with a copy of the original FL-180 stamped "copy"?

Most courts will not process a judgment between now and January 1, 2015. There is insufficient time to get the judgment processed by the court system.
