FL-150 expense form ?

Do I need to list the bills my husband and I pay together such as his child support to his ex and rent we pay for his father since those bills are taken care of out of his income?Since I have to list his income judge may want to know where his check is going each month??

The general rule is that new spouse income is used to determine the amount income taxes paid. There are some exceptions to this such as when you have not income.

Oh, the vagaries of the FL-150 Income and Expense Declaration. There are no clear formal instructions. It's point is to show current information about income and expenses. You show what all those are, all of them, what is going on in your household or what is your best understanding of what is or should be going on? List EVERYTHING! Read the form very carefully, do your best.

There is much that can be debated on this form and it depends upon the particular issue(s) involved.
