forged adoption papers

My mother forged my fathers name on the adoption papers when her husband adopted my sister and I.

Is he intitled to pay child support even though we're technically and legally not his children?

Your bio father would not be required to pay child support. He may however be able to get the adoption set aside if that is what he wants.
