Legal Question in Family Law in California
If a forged document was given to the courts through a custody order can I protest against it? Will the respondent be reprimanded if I can prove it was forgery?

You can tell the court it was forged in your pleadings but whether it will make a difference I don't know. You can set aside certain orders obtained through fraud. There is a specific CA fam code section for it but I don't remember off hand the section.
