Legal Question in Family Law in California

Forged signature

My ex-husband forged my signature in order to cash in on stocks that we owned from years back. This was left off the debts/assets form. The acct is in both our names. What can I do to bring this forward to get him penalized? Thank you.

Re: Forged signature

List the asset and include it in any settlement. The fact that he took all of the proceeds would result in your receiving a cash or other property offset to even the division. Get information on the amount of money he received and the fair market value of the stocks.
