Legal Question in Family Law in California
What form should I file in court to stop wage garnishment of child support when the child already reached 18 years and already graduated high school? Should I use FL-350?

The custodial parent should have withdrawn the order. Contact them and demand that they do so, and also refund any overpayment. If the local office of the Dept. of Child Support Services is involved, go through them.

No, you don't use that form. You file a motion/ OSC to terminate child support. If you are current on all of your payments, you then request a satisfaction of judgment. If you don't get that, you file a motion.
