Form FL 400
Why would Forn FL 400 be used? And who would implement it,
the courts, the respondent (who is the recipient of Child support) or
the Petitioner (who pays theChild Support)?

In a general sense, an FL-400 is used to secure the payment of future child support. It is usually initiated by the recipient.
