Re: Form numbers

Each court has its own quirky rules regarding final judgments of dissolution. There are several forms you have to file, not just one. It is a little complex. You have to file a proof of service of the complaint. The complaint must be in proper form or it will have to be amended and reserved. You need to file and serve a Request to Enter Default. You need to file and serve a preliminary declaration of disclosure and a waiver of service of final declaration of disclosure. You need to file a property declaration and an income and expense declaration. You need to file a Request to Enter Default Judgment. You need to file a proposed judgment in proper form and a declaration in support of the judgment, also in proper form. You may need to file several other forms depending on the specifics of your case. The answer to your question may be in the local rules of court or it may not be. I really would need more info to give you a detailed answer.
