What form do you need to release a Family Law Attorney's Real Property Lien after it has been satisfied?

It depends on what kind of specific lien it is. Is it a deed of trust? Or an abstract of judgment?

I realize I misread this question. You are referring to the statutory lien set forth in Family Code section 2033. Some more specifics would be helpful, however. This lien is when parties are divorcing, and one party want s to encumber his or her interest in community real property. It is not clear whether you have received the notice of lien, and have time to object, or even if you are the encumbering party. The lien is not supposed to affect the nonencumbering spouse's interest.
