Which Forms to File
I filed for a divorce in Victorville CA (San Bernardino County) Husband responded, we have no assets or children. He agrees to the divorce (he should not have responded) Anyhow, which forms do I fill out to get a court date so that the divorce will be finalized.

COntact the court clerk and ask about family court clinic. If there is not a family court clinic, check the local court rules for the form, often an at issue form, to set the matter for trial. state that the time for trial will be 1/2 hour.
