are do it yourself forms legal

two woman decides to have a baby, once the baby is born the partner adopts the child through self help forms. The biological mom has major baby blues,they separates.what is the procedjure of adopting an child ? are these form legal?

It is possible to take many legal actions whilst acting in pro per - however, it is not always the appropriate action to take. I cannot comment on the forms you intend to use as obviously I have not seen them. The area of the law in which you intend to take action is a very complicated one and you really are well advised to seek professional help through an attorney.
