forms and pleadings

I am not an attorney and need to submit points and authorities to the court for a change of venue. Where do I find the information and forms to do this?

Go the the law library and find the Matthew Bender series "Points and Authorities". This series will provide some general points and authorities for change of venue. This source should be used only for general theories and must be tailored to the facts of your case. There also a series of books on family law which may provide some additional information.

You can try to search google, you can search findlaw, you can read the statutes at leginfo.ca.gov, and you can go to a law library or self help center which exist in some court houses.
