What is this asking for?

This is for a case on post divorce child support change. I'm not sure if the documents they are asking for are from right before the divorce or from 2007.

The original or true copies of monthly statements and charge vouchers prepared or received by you sixty days prior to date of separation to present date for any charge accounts or other debts and liabilities owed by you on which and/or you are an authorized signatory (including but not limited to promissory notes, mortgages, notes, taxes, insurance extensions of credit for any and all debts and liabilities owed by you, from January 1, 2007 to the date you respond to this request stating the date the obligations were incurred and for what purpose.
