I am a foster youth and got taken away 4 years ago. Can i get visitation rights to see my siblings?

Siblings have visitation rights when they are in foster care. Whether or not there will be sibling visitation depends upon the circumstances of each case. The best interests of the siblings will be the controlling factor in the decision. Talk to your social worker, and/or the attorney that represents you about sibling visitation.
