Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just found out my ex boyfriend went to court and got custody of my daughter and I was never notified about the court hearing also he is not her father nor is he on the birth certificate what can I do cause I'm not giving my daughter to some guy she has only seen one time since 2009

You should immediately retain the services of an experienced family law attorney to attack the service of those papers, request a motion to immediately set aside that order and lastly get a court order for you to have sole legal and physical custody.
