found out ex convicted of using controled substance, can I get full custody of o

found out that ex was convicted and has been on probation for two years. We have shared custody and I want to know if this in itself can be used to get his part of the shared custody taken away? My ex also has a record of white collar crime and has been fined by the SEC. Our son is 10.

It may help, but the policy is always to allow both parents access to the child.
