Legal Question in Family Law in California

i just found i have a daughter the mom knew i was the father but i was told the baby was aborted. my daughter is at my house for a month and is scared to go back. my name is not on the birth cert. how can i keep my daughter?

You need to speak to an attorney to find out your next step and make sure you do not do anything that will land you in criminal court. You will have to establish paternity, and you may qualify to do this in an expedited manner. This would require a much longer conversation, however, than we can have on this forum.
