Legal Question in Family Law in California

I found that my husband was seeking outside relationships. What should my next step be? I haven't yet confronted him about it, but he has essentially admitted to cheating because "he wasn't the one who wanted to get married in the first place". We've been married for eight years, have two children together, and another mine from a previous relationship (All of which I plan to obtain full custudy of). We own a house jointly (which I hope to obtain) and one vehicle jointly. There are no other joint accounts other than utilities.

Thank you for your time in advance.

Well you have three choices for your next step: 1) get counseling and try to work it out; 2) file for divorce yourself; 3) retain me or any other member of the Family Law bar to file a divorce for you.
